Frank saw firsthand how difficult it was to deliver café-quality drinks reliably. Inconsistency, from milk foam to espresso, was the norm. That frustration sparked a mission to raise the bar for coffee programs everywhere.
Frank’s journey in coffee began long before BaristaOne. In 1995, he founded Cup&Cino with a mission grounded in the relentless pursuit of the perfect cup. From launching one of Germany’s first international coffee shop chains to introducing the pay-per-portion model, Frank has always found new ways to innovate premium coffee service.
His pioneering efforts led to the introduction of the first macchiatos on German coffee menus, inviting people to rediscover coffee as a moment of indulgence.
Milk foam innovation has been central to Frank Epping’s vision for Cup&Cino from the beginning. Backed by multiple international patents and three Best New Product awards from the Specialty Coffee Association, his breakthrough system Latte Art Factory has transformed milk foam preparation through unrivaled precision and efficiency.
